2. Professional Status

While our leadership includes a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales, engagement with UCS Limited for consultancy services does not, in itself, create a formal Solicitor-Client relationship unless specifically outlined in a separate, signed Legal Representation Agreement.

3. Accuracy of Information

Clients are responsible for providing accurate, truthful, and complete information and documentation. UCS Limited cannot be held liable for application rejections, delays, or legal consequences resulting from fraudulent, incomplete, or inaccurate data provided by the client.

4. No Guarantee of Outcome

While we provide expert, lawyer-led auditing to maximize success rates, the final decision on any visa application or university admission rests solely with the relevant government body (e.g., UK Home Office) or educational institution. UCS Limited does not guarantee a successful outcome.

5. Fees and Payments

  • All professional fees must be paid in accordance with the agreed schedule.

  • Our fees are for consultancy and administrative services and are separate from government embassy fees or university tuition.

  • Unless otherwise stated in a specific service agreement, fees are non-refundable once the work has commenced.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, Universal Consultancy Services Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or the decisions made by third-party authorities.

7. Confidentiality
